Functional voids in Russia's transformational economy

Improving the efficiency of the economy is of particular importance in countries with transformational economies, which are characterised by system imbalances and disconnections between system elements. The efficiency of the economic system occupies a special place among the problems of Russia's economy. This paper presents an approach to the solution of this problem: we investigate decrease of interaction efficiency due to transformation processes in economy, denote mechanisms of functional voids replacement on the basis of transition periodization, develop mechanism of increase of interaction efficiency between subjects of innovation sphere. The book is intended for specialists in institutional and transition economics, as well as for undergraduate and graduate students in economics.
