This Book is about my one year research work done during my Masters with Honors in Advanced Materials and Processes (MAP) at FAU Erlangen, Germany. The first part focuses on Graphene Synthesis by Chemical Vapor Deposition technique and characterization of High Quality Single Layer Graphene by different processes. The second part of the book is dedicated to functionalization of Graphene layer for resistive sensing application like gas sensor.
