The human rights bears a long history originated from a Latin world humanus in the growth and development of the humans as well as the world civilization. It has different forms and character in nature. In fact, its notion is observed in the various religions, particularly in Islam. It is a very vague and vast issue termed as bundle of rights for human dignity and also based on the International human rights instruments such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948; such as International Covenant Rights, 1966, Convention on the Elimination of All forms of Discrimination against Women 1979; the Convention on the Rights of the Child, 1989 etc. The international organizations have recognized human rights and playing critical role in this regard. Unfortunately, many constraints and problems such as poverty, limited resources, unawareness, and geographical varieties etc; are quite responsible for human rights issues at home and abroad.
