Fundamental Principles of Construction Cost Management and Control

This book has been written for the use of both students and teachers of Colleges of Technology, Monotechnics, Polytechnics, Universities, Research Institutes and all forms of tertiary educational institutions offering construction-related courses. The book will educate students of tertiary institutions on the basics of building and construction economics, developmental principles of the construction industry, and the concept of cost management and control in the construction industry. Dr. Abdullateef Adewale Shittu was born on 8th October 1974 in Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is currently an Associate Professor at Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria. He has so many publications in construction-related areas.
