Fundamental Statistical Principles

The text is intended to introduce students of Statistics and Biostatistics to fundamental statistical concepts and ideas necessary for research including methodological approach to research design and analysis. The text assumes that the users must have had sufficient knowledge of Mathematics and High School Algebra to be able understand the derivation of the test statistics. The text covers research methodological tools, probability, Nonparametric and Parametric analyzes, Statistical inference, Analysis of Variance, Regression and Correlation. The text illustrates the author's wealth of experience in teaching statistics at several levels in the universities around the world.
