FUNDAMENTALS OF MORAL PRINCIPLES

This book is published in order to meet the needs of those who expect to be experts in the field of ethics and morality. It is an aid to be used as a tool for practical life in morals. This book is fundamentally designed to equip students into reasonable moral conducts. The society we live in, have got a lot of moral dilemmas more especially when it comes to the youths' formation. Morality is an essential tool for any development in the society, as it shapes the youth and community at large with the knowledge of what is good to be done and evil (bad) to be avoided. The topics which have been selected in this book are those which can hopefully lead a person to the goal of vibrant and acute application of reason in morality of day-to-day. With the theories of morality, an individual will be able to properly choose the principles which can be applicable in different situations of life as we are faced with moral paradoxes among students and society, e.g. prostitution, homosexuality, cohabitation, alcoholism, theft, etc.

Francis John Kisandu è docente assistente presso la St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) nel Dipartimento di Filosofia ed Etica. Ha conseguito un Master in Filosofia presso il Jordan University College - Collegio Costituente dell'Università Sant'Agostino di Tanzania, e una Laurea in Filosofia presso l'Università Pontificia Urbaniana di Roma.
