This book will serve as an introduction to Fungi, Viruses, Bacteria, and Mycoplasma to beginners in the field. Actually, the book is intended to fulfil the long-felt need of student of the graduate and postgraduate level of all universities. The syllabi of all the universities have been kept in view during the preparation of the manuscript of this text. This work may also serve as a laboratory manual. The present text provides a background of facts, terminology, general principle and specific fungus of the world.

Dr Anil Kumar Kushwaha, Department of Botany, S.D.P.G College Akbarpur Kanpur (D) U.P India. Earned his M.Sc, B.Ed, M.A, and PhD degree from C.S.J.M. University Kanpur, then he has been teaching U.G and P.G classes. He has published over 14 research papers in various journals of international reputation. He has also authored seven books.
