It is a new form in the analysis of international relations, linking the present and the past to prove that it is new under the sun. The political analysis puts the truth in front of the reader in a simple analytical way. The book relies heavily on the analysis of political history and linking this analysis to what is happening now with the prospect of the future, as well as linking the concepts of political theory and the application to the political situation.

Escritor político e poeta egípcio, foi oficial do exército egípcio durante 20 anos. Tem um mestrado em economia, um diploma em sistemas políticos e económicos e é membro egípcio da ONU como negociador para as alterações climáticas. Participou na guerra de libertação do Kuwait em 1991. Representante do Médio Oriente e do Norte de África no Fundo para as Tecnologias Limpas do Banco Mundial.
