This article shows an approach to the current perceptions that teachers at UISIL, San Carlos have regarding the implementation of the so-called hybrid educational modality in their courses, both the benefits and the difficulties that teachers have noticed in their personal experiences, as well as in students in the implementation of this modality. Issues of technological infrastructure, use of digital platforms, innovative educational strategies, as well as teacher training and something very important is the perception of teachers regarding the acceptance and good use of this type of education by students in different areas of the country and the lack of educational policies that allow greater inclusion with students from marginalized areas who have little access to technology and connectivity but despite these challenges seek a quality professionalization.
