Gender And Sexual Based Violence Among Refugees

This book is about gender and sexual based violence among urban refugees a case study of Kampala the capital city of Uganda. Jugding from the state of insecurity that they run from and disadvatages there attached they are a minority prone to gender and sexual violence. This book examines the causes, main perpetuaters and there by gives recommendations on how these refugees can be freed from gender and sexual based violence.

Ms Ruth Birungi holds a BA Honours in Laws from Makerere University in Uganda. She successfully completed a Diploma in Legal Practice at Law Development Centre, Kampala. She is currently interning with Uganda Revenue Authority Litigation Department.
