Gender-based violence in the family

I analyse all the stages prior to the filing of a complaint of gender-based violence within a family, as well as the consequences that necessarily arise from such a complaint. I refer to real cases of gender violence and the provisional solutions provided by the courts in this area. I detail and develop essential proposals for the resolution of cases of gender violence from the perspective of Truth, Justice and Law.
