Gender diversity education in the training process.

This book offers the reader a set of practical exercises for adolescents, young adults and university students that allow them to approach at their own pace to different tools of the humanistic psychology approach called transactional analysis, which was created by Eric Berne (1958) and is currently being ç approached to promote personal growth and change, in order to improve self-esteem, decide from autonomy, affirm sexual orientations and safely build gender identities (especially LGBTQ+ identity).
