This book has two sections. In Section 1, it explores three main challenges hindering women's active involvement in politics and offers a comprehensive analysis of effective strategies for enhancing their participation and representation. Despite significant progress, gender disparities persist in many leadership roles including political spheres globally.Section 2 - Women's Leadership and Its Impact on Organizational Performance.
