Gender Features f Euphemism

This monograph is a comprehensive study of euphemism in linguistics, examining its analysis through the lenses of politeness theory, gender theory, and pragmalinguistics. It also cross-researches the gender characteristics of euphemism in unrelated languages, such as English and Uzbek, collecting and interpreting various materials. Recommendations are developed based on functional and pragmatic analysis. The linguistic theory and practice of these analyses are detailed, intended for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral researchers in philological faculties, as well as for a wide readership interested in cross-linguistic issues.

Ibragimova Sugdiyona was born in 2000 in Surkhandarya, Uzbekistan. Currently, she is pursuing a master's degree at Termez state pedagogical institute. Aspiring to become a scientist, she has already authored numerous articles and textbooks in scientific field.
