Gene prediction play vital role to diagnosis various diseases very easily. only coding sequences of genes shows imbalance due to any kind of diseases, whereas non-coding is of no use,it just make the diagnosis complex. so, gene identification gives the exact boundary of coding sequence.Gene identification is a boom in the field of biomedical engineering.
