General economics course

This book is a synthesis of 14 years' experience in higher education. This course is taught to engineering students at the Ecole Supérieure d'Agriculture du Kef in Tunisia (ESAK). It has been designed to provide students with a basic understanding of economics and its importance, using a simple pedagogical approach. The concepts covered relate to market functioning, consumer behavior and producer behavior.
