General Review of Articles

This book is a general article review of at least one article from a list of 23 journals. The review focuses on articles that were published between 2007 and 2018. The journals include: Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, The Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, American Journal of Sociology, American Sociological Review, California Management Review, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Inquiry, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Change, MIT Sloan Management Review, OD Practitioner, Organizational Development Journal, Organization Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organizational Dynamics, Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, and African Journal of Management. Each review is systematic and comprehensive, beginning with a summary and then proceeding over to an analysis, which contains logical evaluations of the central themes and supporting arguments, and concludes with the implications for future research and management practice.

Dr. G.U. Baraza stammt aus Kenia, wo er als Nationaler Superintendent der Freimethodistischen Kirche und Sekretär der Äquatorialafrikanischen Gebietsgemeinschaft tätig war. Von 2001 bis 2006 diente er in Tansania als Rektor des Tanzania Free Methodist Bible College und leitete die Gemeindegründungsbemühungen der Denomination im ganzen Land.
