General Topology-II

This text on General Topology-II is for postgraduate students and gives complete and comprehensive coverage of the topics usually taught at this level. Students are prerequisite to read General Topology-I before reading General Topology-II. This book has been written in very simple language for better understanding. The book is divided into five chapters. The first chapter contains Ordinal numbers, second about compactness, countable axioms and lower separation axioms, third about Higher separation axioms, fourth about nets and filters and fifth about Identification spaces.

Nitakshi Goyal received her M.Sc.(Mathematics) degree in 2012 from Punjabi University, Patiala(India). Presently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Desh Bhagat College, Baradwal-Dhuri(India).Her main research area is Topology and Category Theory.
