Generation Z

Generation Z is already a reality in the corporate world, eccentric and with a unique personality, it has a lot to teach other generations. This book was written to identify who the members of Generation Z are, their characteristics, professional preferences, what motivates them and what professions can attract these young people. There are also some behavioural profiles, as it is extremely important to observe people and analyse their profiles, as well as their main skills in order to raise the motivational level and personal satisfaction of each one. Through many readings and observations, it was possible to perceive the behaviours, skills and attitudes of the various levels, profiles and members not only of Generation Z, but also of the others, to show the points where we should pay more attention, in which aspects we can learn from them, how they teach us to deal with each person, maintaining collaboration, and how important it is to perform tasks that we have more affinities. In addition, there is a suggestion of professions that are on the rise and others that will emerge in a short time, so that young people can define the professional directions of their career.
