The Author: Yves Pallade was born in Düsseldorf (Germany) in 1977. He followed a course in European Studies at King s College London and at the London School of Economics, where he was awarded his BA, and continued his studies at the University of Cambridge, obtaining a Master s degree in International Relations in 2001. In 2004 he was admitted to the degree of Dr. phil. in Political Science at the University of Düsseldorf.
