Ghana Economic Growth in Perspective

This book analyses Ghana's Economic Growth pattern. The book attempts a time series approach and adopts the concept of Convergence. The book also develops a return to scale concept on the Ghanaian Economy and lastly determines the main factors for Economic Growth in Ghana. All these analyses were done using a sectoral approach. That is, the main three sectors of the Economy (Agricultural Sector, Industrial Sector and the Service sector). The use of Cobb- Douglas Production function necessiated the introduction of Capital and Labour in the Growth equation developed for Ghana
