This book conducts an examination of the international legal regime of the continental shelf through the lens of international relations (IR), with a primary focus on global governance theory. It will be of interest to students and scholars in the field of the law of the sea, international law, global governance and international relations.
Autorentext
Shani Friedman has a PhD degree from the Faculty of Law, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. In addition, Shani has an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; MA in international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; and BA in political science and Middle Eastern studies, Ben-Gurion University, Beer-Sheva. Shani researches various topics within the field of the law of the sea, which is her main field of expertise, and international institutions and the interaction between international law and international relations, including theoretical aspects.
