Global logistics strategy and the impact of supply chain management

One of the more important development directions in the business world is the expansion of the global industry. New markets are opening up, and existing markets are expanding globally. The economies of the industrialized nations are matured, that is, the rate of their economic growth is slowing, so firms from those countries seek market opportunities beyond their country's borders. The global financial network that has been developed allows multinational offices to expand the field of their operations. Accordingly, manufacturers have increased the supply of new materials and components from other countries (ie from global sources). The world economy is becoming more independent. To support foreign markets, the company must have a distribution system or network that meets the specific requirements of those markets.
