This book is one of the first books that address a topic of globalization in counseling psychology, as well as it is the first in literature on the subject of counseling and psychotherapy in the work environment, as an attempt to shed light on the meaning, importance and aims of psychological counseling provided by institutions to their employees as part of human resources management under the secretions of globalization. And because we need a new branch of counseling and psychotherapy as a result of globalization and it is effects in the individuals at all aspects of life: in family, schools, and work. I can named it ( global- counseling psychology), to help individuals in all settings to adjustment with demands of globalization, specially provide counseling services for employees in the work setting, because of the importance of the job to individuals, I named this branch of counseling resulting from globalization for employees as (global- vocational counseling and psychotherapy).
