Globalization and Performance of Non-Governmental Organizations

Globalization has profound impact in every walk of life including Non-Governmental Organizations. As globalization is connecting the far-flung communities of the globe in an integrated mechanism where cross border activities have direct impact on local events. Therefore, the performance of 'Non-Governmental-Organizations (NGOs) are also deeply influenced by Globalization. At the organizational levels, globalization is creating reasons to make or break the performance of workforce in almost all types of organizations including the performance of NGOs.
