Globalization Studies. 2nd Edition
Details
The impetus behind Globalization Studies stemmed from the impact that globalization has had and will continue to have on migration, digital privacy and entrepreneurship. How we teach, market and communicate with diverse groups has certainly evolved over the years. Western interest and ideals have spread throughout the world, but there are still some areas that are more focused on preserving traditional culture as we may have learned to understand. Recent studies have led to the conclusion that more people are becoming ethnocentric. In these studies, our goal is to explore this evolution, comment on its influence and impact and possibly predict how we will teach and conduct business in the future.
