This research has been carried out to test relationship among goal clarity and organizational performance. Goal itself comprises up of several variables. Until and unless each variable is performance. Goal itself comprises up of several variables. Until and unless each variable is covered, there cannot be goal clarity in the organization. In this research thesis only five following variables are covered, Specificity, timeliness, attainability, relevance and effective communication. The result of this research shows that employee preference for each variable differs however Goal Communication is a common variable of interest and high preference for public and private sector employees.
