Good business practices of corporations

The theories of social harmony in the corporate sector of the economy are considered in the monograph and the definition of good business practices as a scientific category is given. The authors define the determinants of formation of models of social partnership and bases of good business practice of corporations. In the work directions of perfection of procedures of corporate management and the institutional mechanism of fair business practice distribution are considered. In the monograph the analysis of formation of the system of institutional support of the national model of social partnership is carried out, the influence of development of honest business practice of corporations on economic processes is grounded, the analysis of directions of development of honest business practice of corporations is carried out
