The International Concertation held in Paris( April and May 2018) on the priorities for the end of President Paul Biya's mission at the Supreme Magistracy, in view of the current socio-political situation in Cameroon, proposes that the latter should focus on issues such as: the drafting of a Constitution guaranteeing Cameroonians a sound governance by respecting the norms and principles of a confirmed democracy; the intensification of the fight against bien-publicophagy...Such an undertaking will avoid Cameroon, gateway to Africa, the Zairian; Central African; Ivorian; Algerian; Sudanese syndromes. .. To give an international character to these recommendations, it is important that the UN and the great powers correct their relations with Africa, because, in view of the current concerns in the world: cross-border terrorism; uncontrollable immigration from the South to the North; the worsening of misery; the deregulation of the world environmental balance...can the underdeveloped States still consider themselves as the only ones concerned?
