Governance, Organizational Conflict, Employee Trust and Work Outcomes
Details
Despite the consideration that hospitals worldwide are engaged in innovative activities to improve nursing care production, the influence of governance to work outcomes as mediated by organizational conflict and employee trust among hospital nurses has not been comprehensively determined. The book is based on a study that used a quantitative approach with descriptive correlation. The data was collected using a survey questionnaire, examining 560 regular nurses, from hospitals in 2 countries. Work outcomes, including creativity and innovation, were found to be significantly related to governance, organizational conflict, and employee trust. Based on the findings, constructive motivation is needed to pursue creativity and innovation in order to improve nursing production. May this book serve the purpose of giving insight into better governance as part of business management for improved work outcomes.
