Health care is an essential aspect of life. The 21st century has made many of us busy enough to forget about our health. We never get worried until some health issues ground us. We therefore, can apply the technologies of the 21st century to solve the problems of the 21st century. The technology of now is that of miniaturity. Everything is getting smaller mobile and lightweight. Complex processes are going mobile, one can transfer funds, order for dinner, shop for a new laptop while on a train. The 21st century features smart phones with desktop computer capabilities. A bunch of health issues can be prevented or even corrected by undergoing simple regular sessions of aerobic exercises of jugging or running. This book explores the possibilities of bringing health care delivery to mobile devices. An application running on a small smartphone can remind you of exercise session, manage the session (Gather, process and store exercise data), and remind the user of scheduled checkups related to the exercise program. This books presents a solution using GPS and some other relevant technologies.
