This is a seminal appraisal of graduate employability strategies from the perspective of quantity surveyors. Graduate unemployment continues to doggedly persist unabated in Ghana and beyond for over a century. The construction industry specifically, quantity surveying graduates are no exception to this phenomenon. A quantitative study using questionnaire survey that was administered through both hand-delivery and google forms was used. Keeping students abreast with areas of skills shortage in labour markets was identified as the most vital strategy to improve graduate employability. The majority of graduates do not even know where to start from after college. Others are; Developing a well-planned educational training system, developing skills through co-curricular activities, developing graduate intellectual skills such as ability to communicate, Developing professional expertise in core competencies and Developing expertise in Computer aided design.
