Details

Graphene, a one atomic layer of carbon sheet, has attracted so much interest since its discovery in 2004, and has been considered as one of the most possible candidates for the material beyond silicon. Tremandous research effect has been made on this amazing material, for exploring its unique properties and possible applications, from researcheres majored in physics, chemistry, biology, material science and electrical engineer. This book can help those who are interested, but not an expert in graphene, to get a whole picture of the story of graphene, from its synthesis, characterization to application, as well as its history, current status and future. What is more, this book explores the transport properties and quantum capacitance of graphene systematically, which can help those experts to continue the story of graphene, experimentally and theoretically.
