Emily D. Edwards is Professor in the Department of Media Studies at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. She has produced or directed more than 17 filmsfrom narrative features, to documentaries, to animations, to experimental filmsand has also reported as a journalist for ABC and NBC affiliates in Alabama and Tennessee.
