Operations management is one of the most dynamic and one of the highly researched areas of management today. Many organisations raising their environmental protection tentacles whether through regulations or by acting as good members of the society. These firms are increasingly embracing and practicing green as a necessity although laws requiring environmental protection. This book adds a voice to this concept of green practice in the hotel industry.
