Green Tourism Macroeconomic Analysis in Romania

The present work " Green tourism macroeconomic analysis in Romania" addresses the field of green tourism at the national level. As i always say, niche tourism is in a continuous development, representing a major interest for specialists in the tourism field. Starting from the doctoral thesis "Methods and techniques for improving the quality of ecotourism services. Case study: Salaj County ", I consider that green tourism is an area of global interest. Thus, the work "Green tourism macroeconomic analysis in Romania" was born, a work that aims to clarify the theoretical concepts regarding niche tourism, and at the same time, to identify the strategic directions for improving the quality of national ecotourism services. Given the fact that ecotourism could become the solution that would lead the country to economic and financial performance, "Green tourism macroeconomic analysis in Romania" aims to highlight the importance of niche tourism in the local socio-economic context, and also in the national one. The paper consists of 4 chapters.
