Green Trade Agreements reviews and analyses the environmental provisions that have become an important characteristic of the growing number of bilateral and regional free trade agreements. DALE COLYER is Professor Emeritus of Agricultural and Resource Economics, West Virginia University, USA, where he conducted research on development and trade. He was a policy analyst with USAID Ecuador, consulted in Africa and Latin America, and has published articles on trade and development and co-edited 'Agriculture and Economic Survival' and 'Competition in Agriculture.'
