Details

The early twenty-first century marks the beginning of a new "competitive era" of business. Constant change, industrial growth, and globalization enable new thinking and the mode of action of organization and their functions in order to attain the advantage over the competitors in the market. To meet the cutthroat competition, the managers have to be carved in such a manner. To bring up the managers, the management education institution has to adopt new strategies in teaching the management education. The traditional strategies like classroom teaching or chalk and talk do not show much improvisation in bringing up the better managers. So it's the time to think out of the box. Roam out of the classroom to acquire new trend of knowledge, inculcate them in the present educational scenario helps to bring up the excellence in them. I express my gratitude to the (AICTE) MRP and Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR) for the awarded Post-Doctoral Fellowship. my sincere thank to my parents Mrs. Subbammal (late), Jeyaram and my friends for their wishes for my successful research work.
