Growth in first year of life: A rural birth cohort from central India

A birth cohort was followed in a rural area of central India through its first year life to study the magnitude and determinants of growth. Weight and height was measured every month along with their determinants through house to house visits. Mean and median weight and height achieved at each month has been presented here. Repeated measures of ANOVA was applied to study the determinants of growth.
