In recent years, however, new communications technology and over investment in telecommunications infrastructure has made the long-distance transfer of information realizable and extremely cheap.Outsourcing is considered a strategy that allows companies to concentrate on core business.Outsourcing has significant impacts on the shift of services, production, capital, and technology all over the world.
