Haemato-Biochemical and Endocrinological profiles of porcine species

Haemato-biochemical profiles are important to screen the health and disease status of animals and are required to diagnose and treat many diseases. Reference values for clinical, biochemical, hematological and endocrinological profiles are required for data interpretation of health and disease status. Heamatological and biochemical parameters of porcine species in different season and sex are presented in this book. Haemato-biochemical profiles are influenced by age, sex and season. Dry summer season is more stress to the porcine species. The findings in the book will help in examination of the animals and in diagnosis of various production and / or metabolic diseases, which can facilitate management system and averting economic losses in the near future. This book will be very useful for the scientists working in porcine reproduction and production and progressive livestock farmers.
