This book is designed to be concise information which the users may quickly retrieve in Preventive Medicine in Veterinary Sciences. The intent of the book is to provide the readers with an easily used source of information like essential criteria for development of Medicine in livestock sector - basic requirements for Preventive Medicine in livestock and allied sectors (i.e. Viral, Bacterial, Fungal Rickettesial, Parasitic Diseases etc). The language of the book is simple, lucid, and easy to understand. All the chapters are presented in a systematic manner. In the preparation of this book large number of literature has been consulted. Textbook cannot be written without the support and professional contributions of many people. This book is no exception. Dr. Sofi Omer Mohi ud din, obtained his BV. Sc and AH from SK University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Shuhama, Aluestang Srinagar. He is currently doing M. Vsc in Parasitology from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, Uttrakhand. He published more than 09 research papers in various reputed journals.
