Handbook on Energy Conservation and Energy Auditing

This handbook has two sections in which the first section details about the energy conservation and management aspects that can be followed in particular applications to make the earth greener and sustainable. The energy management techniques for each appliance have been classified into no-cost and payback measures. Energy conservation practices undertaken following the guidance of this handbook will assist the practitioners in lowering the energy consumption without negatively affecting the output with comfort. The second section involves the aspects of energy auditing in an agro-industrial point of view. The instruments with necessary specifications and the data monitoring sheet followed for the exact applications have been detailed so that the practitioner can follow the measures to perform the energy audit and analyze the aspects of energy wastage and adopt appropriate measures to cut down the energy consumption.
