Happiness

Human concerns are present today, and it is believed that this is due to the way society presents itself. That is, as a liquid state. As a result, life no longer has any meaning for people. Human beings often think so much about themselves that they end up forgetting their neighbours. With so many insecure paths to follow, with so many trends proposed for a more peaceful life, how can we understand this question of happiness? Does it really exist? If it does exist, how can we live it to the full? Faced with these questions, the aim of this book is to present the concept of a happy life, according to Augustinian thought. It begins with the origin of the word happiness in ancient times, goes through some renowned authors, continues with a commentary on St Augustine's De Beata Vita, and ends by relating the concept of happiness to love, especially the love of God.
