HE GREENER, THE BETTER: A DIDACTIC PROPOSAL FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE CLASSES

This book presents a didactic proposal with the current and necessary theme: "climate change", which has been showing its disastrous results for some time now. Considering that the next generations will see and feel more consequences than today's adults, the proposal conceived and suggested in this work carries with it awareness, new vocabulary in English, ideas and suggestions for small changes in behavior and positioning regarding coexistence and care for the environment. The article also discusses rural education and the formative nature of the English language

The author has a solid academic background, with a Master's degree in Literature with an emphasis on Linguistics and Literature from the PPGLLIT at UFNT. Her background includes a degree in Letters with a major in Portuguese Language, English Language and Literatures from the State University of Southern Maranhão (UEMASUL), as well as specializations in Didactics.
