The objectives that guided the study were: to determine the relationship between head teachers' supervision and teachers' preparation of pedagogical documents; to determine the relationship between head teachers' supervision and teachers' classroom instruction and management; as well as to determine the relationship between head teachers' supervision and teachers' assessment and evaluation of learners.
