Health care financing and patient satisfaction in the Czech Republic

Ever since the industrial revolution, health care financing has been one of the most observed areas of public financing and public policies by both health care providers and its users. This short paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of Czech health care system, its financing, and to analyze and compare health care services of Czech health care providers. The paper is based on data from WHO, OECD, the European Union, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic as well as author's own research.

The author was born on 16th July 1992 in the Czech Republic. She holds Master Degree from the Management Center Innsbruck in the field of "International Health and Social Management" as well as Master Degree from the University of Economics in Prague.She is currently working for Medtronic medical company as HCP Spend Analyst for US market.
