Health related quality of life among people living with HIV/AIDS

Health related quality of life (HRQoL) appears as research problems in many scientific description. HRQoL directly impacts the social and economic policies of the country and is an important tool to asses effectiveness of the health care delivery system. This book gives an overview of the health related quality among people living with HIV/AIDS its objective and subjective indicators. The present research aims to characterize HRQoL of PLWHA and to analyze HRQoL by gender, socioeconomic status, CD4 counts, stigma, discrimination, treatment adherence, social satisfaction and health related behaviors using WHOQoL BREF instrument.
