Healthcare Management on 5.0 Perspectives

Information Technology is used by health care organizations to improve the quality, safety, efficacy, and efficiency of health care in various contexts, as well as to ensure continuity of treatment. The use of information technology in health care has been shown to improve health care in a number of big health-care delivery systems. IT investments must be in line with the goal and vision of the health-care institution. It is critical for the IT department to develop a Strategic Master Plan to assess the IT infrastructure and services available, including hardware, applications, manpower, and processes, in order to identify future needs and better understand any proposed technological investments by the various stakeholders in the organization.
