Heat Treatments Applied to Metallic Materials

The work is dedicated to students and engineers involved in studying the heat treatments and is designed in an e-learning format. The manuscript contains the theoretical basis of heat treatment technologies applied to both metallic and non-metallic materials and their alloys in order to modify their properties and structure in the desired direction. It is useful for enhancing knowledge and technical skills and also for the proper development of heat treatment processes.
